Today is my grandmother’s 88th birthday. I am lucky to still have her in my life. Days like today make me thankful for making the decision to move my life back home to California from New York. There is only so much a job can do for you, but your family is forever. They’re the ones who you’ll remember 20 years down the road when your old job is just a blip on your memory radar.
