We all now that wearing a chunky sweater can lead to making our body look even MORE chunkier than we really are. Sweater season is upon us–here are 3 ways to wear a chunky sweater for Plus Size (or any size for that matter!).
#1 Accentuate Your Bottom Half
It is always good to highlight one area (or asset) if you are covering another area. So, if you are going to wear a chunky sweater, then you might try pairing it with leggings, tight fitting skinny jeans, or a body con skirt.
#2 Tuck It In
Often times, chunky sweaters will mask any type of waist that you have. To alleviate this problem, try tucking your sweater into a skirt. This helps to show off your waist (or give you a waist) and hide some of the bulk of your sweater.
#3 Belt It
Like number 2, it is good to define your waist. Another way to do that (besides tucking it), can be to add a belt at the smallest part of your waist. The belt will help give some body and definition to your sweater.
