It’s hard right now. I am here in New York for about another 2 weeks and I feel like I’m in limbo. I can’t really pack because I still need a lot of my stuff. I really hate being stuck in a point where I’m not quite settled, but I can’t get going either.
I think it is time to start making daily plans for myself. I started with trying to do some artwork for this site and I really want to do more on that side of things. I also need to make a list of things I want to do in New York that I still haven’t gotten around to doing. Off the top of my head, a few of them are:
- Ride the subway to the northern most corner of Central Park and walk down.
- Go to Governors Island
- See the Elsa Schiaparelli exhibition at The Met
- Go to the Jazz Age Lawn Party at Governors Island (This won’t be happening for me this year, because it already happened for the year.)
- Go to one of the free summer outdoor movie nights at one of the parks
- Visit my favorite museum, The Frick Collection
