I can definitely tell the holiday rush is on - crazy drivers and crazy people in general out there! There is that edge in the air. I almost got hit/in car accidents about 3-4 in the last couple of days. I wish people would remember – no present is worth getting yourself or someone else hurt over. The holidays are a double edged sword, to say the least!

Earlier in the week I posted an ‘Out Takes‘ post featuring a shoot from 2 years ago (the above picture is from that same shoot) at a local historical house and farm called Ardenwood. Yesterday, was a repeat performance – minus the picture taking. I’ve been visiting Ardenwood my whole life, and I have to say, it never gets old. I am a sucker for old Victorian houses dolled up for Christmas, monarch butterflies swarming around, and cute (but smelly) farm animals. Definitely put me in more of the holiday mood!
