A while back I did a post on my versions of the “Little Black Dress” (LBD). Here are fashion doppelgangers for those dresses!

The dress on the left is a Black Mini Dress by Alexander Wang, which retails for $575 and comes in sizes 2-12. My LBD on the right is a Plus Size Vintage 1960’s Black Sheath Dress with Side Button Detail it is being sold for $50 and is a size 18.

The LBD on the left is Black Velvet/Pearl Dress by Armani Collezioni which retails for $1300 and comes in sizes 2-14. My Plus Size Vintage Black Velvet Sheath Dress is being sold for $40 and is a size 22.

The Short Sleeve Tweed Dress by Dolce & Gabbana retails for $1,825 and comes in sizes 0-10. My Plus Size Vintage Shirt Dress is being sold for $40 and comes in a size 18.

I always say, no matter what new designer piece is out there, you can always find a comparable in your size or price range–you just have to be creative about it and think outside the box!  Here are some of my Plus Size Vintage pieces from My Shop compared to designer pieces.

On the left is a Leather Pleated Skirt by McQ Alexander McQueen which retails for $1,660 and comes in sizes 0-12. My Plus Size Vintage Black Pleated Skirt is being sold for  $25 and is a size 24W.

The Verushka Lamé T-Shirt by Marc by Marc Jacobs retails for $433 and comes in sizes XS-L. My Plus Size Vintage Metallic Blouse is being sold for $18 and is a size 22.

The Marc Jacobs 3/4 Length Polka Dot Skirt on the left retails for $568 and comes in sizes 2-12. My Plus Size Vintage Black & White Polka Dot Midi Skirt is being sold for $25 and is a size 22/24.
